Celebrating & Remembering

We had a great chapbook release party at our center on May 19th! Students, families, and volunteers gathered to celebrate the release of our spring 2022 chapbook, We See Each Other. Young authors read their latest pieces and we all participated in a cultural exchange celebration.

We See Each Other is the latest release from the young writers of After-School Writing Lab and Young Authors’ Council. It can be purchased here. We also dedicated our center library to the dearly missed Paul Von Drasek.
