May Newsletter
Dear Friends,
As we get ready to round out the school year, 826 MSP is celebrating! We're so excited to release two new books by our young authors. In the coming month of June, we'll celebrate the release of our next anthology, Rehumanize Me. (Special thanks to our Kickstarter backers for making this possible!) This will be the latest installment from our Young Author's Book Project program, and it will be the first made in partnership with a student-led editorial board, rather than a partner classroom at one school. Order your copy today!
We See Each Other is the newest publication from our After-School Writing Lab and the Young Authors' Council. At the end of May, we celebrated this chapbook, which you can check out in the photos below. During this time, we dedicated the 826 MSP library to the late Paul Von Drasek. Paul was a board member, volunteer, and great friend to 826 MSP; he is dearly missed in this community. In celebrating this publication, we are also celebrating Paul's life and legacy in our organization.
